INSTALLATION OF ERA DYNAMIC PROTECTION

STV GROUP is currently implementing a contract for the repair and modernization of several dozens of T-55 battle tanks, on which, among other things, ERA (Explosive Reactive Armor) dynamic protection is installed.

The ERA consists of explosive or non-explosive blocks, where each block consists of a metal box into which explosives are inserted. In modern asymmetric conflicts, when you cannot rely only on the properties of classic armor, ERA offers an effective way to protect the tank, especially from cumulative missiles.
