MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS PETRÍČEK VISITED STV GROUP COMPANIES IN POLIČKA
On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Tomáš Petříček visited STV GROUP in Polička together with the Governor of the Pardubice Region, Martin Netolicky, the Chairman of ČMKOS, Josef Středula, and the Chairman of OS KOVO, Jaroslav Souček.
The delegation was introduced to the repairs of armored vehicles and other special production on the premises of the police plant.
"We really appreciate these visits, especially this year, when we are commemorating 100 years since the beginning of arms production at the Polička complex. It can be seen that the issue of supporting the export of Czech defense industry enterprises is very important for the government, as it means, among other things, employment and tax payments in the Czech Republic. It is precisely because of exports that we can maintain production capacities that can be used by the Army of the Czech Republic in case of crisis situations," said Jan Děcký, commercial director of STV GROUP.
