Municipal housing Polička
STV GROUP continues the Bata tradition of urban development
At the end of 2023, in cooperation with the general contractor AGILE, we started the construction of the residential project Urban Housing Polička. This project, inspired by the vision of Tomáš Bat'a, will offer 32 modern rental apartments, designed not only for our prospective employees and their families but also for the residents of Polička. The flats in layouts from 1+1 to 4+kk will be complemented by balconies or terraces overlooking the greenery.
The entire complex will be designed to emphasise quality of life, including a children's playground, areas for active recreation and a relaxing water area. We believe this project will help strengthen the local community and create a space for friendly neighbourhood gatherings.
The Polička Urban Housing residential project is fully in line with our vision. We are working hard to make the world a safer place. We are continuing the tradition of arms production in Czechoslovakia. We are rebuilding a complete ammunition production fully in the Czech Republic to be self-sufficient. We value our cooperation with the Czech Army and are a proud partner. We support war veterans. We actively cooperate with the state administration and municipalities wherever we operate.
