STV GROUP at NATO Defense Industry Forum in Washington
STV GROUP participated in the NATO Defense Industry Forum in Washington, DC, which was attended by leading global defense industry players.
On 9-11 July, the 75th North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Summit was held in Washington, D.C., accompanied by the prestigious NATO Defense Industry Forum, organized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with NATO and the White House. The Forum brought together senior defence industry leaders, including NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and US Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks.
David Hác, Chairman of the Board of STV GROUP, also attended the prestigious forum. "We are delighted that STV GROUP has already gradually joined the ranks of global power players in the defence industry," said David Hác after the NATO Defence Industry Forum. Discussions at the Forum covered key topics such as ammunition production capacity, air defence, technological innovation, strengthening cyber defence and the introduction of artificial intelligence and space technologies. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg emphasised the need for greater cooperation and investment in defence, highlighting the importance of a stable and strong defence industry to ensure defence capability.
