SUPPLY OF BALLISTIC HELMETS FOR THE FIRST TRACKING PATROLS OF THE POLICE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC

The company STV GROUP a.s. delivered the first 1,400 sets of ballistic helmets with ballistic visors to the Police of the Czech Republic. They will be primarily intended for the protection of so-called first-line patrols, which are the first to intervene at the scene of reported crimes, when they often come into contact with aggressive and armed criminals.

The helmets delivered as part of the first call for this contract were handed over to a total of ten regional directorates of the Police of the Czech Republic. The new helmets and visors meet the Level IIIA level of ballistic protection according to the NIJ standard, so they can withstand hits from pistol calibers of 9 mm or .44 Magnum.

According to the concluded framework agreement, the Police of the Czech Republic could take up to 7,000 sets of helmets and visors for the duration of the framework agreement.
