PG-7VM ammunition with PG-7GM anti-tank warhead is effective for use mainly against heavy armoured vehicles, mechanized units, sturdy field and urban shelters or enemy personnel in open field. The PG-7VM round is fired from RPG-7V type launcher of 40 mm caliber, with warhead caliber 70,2 mm.
