The Czechoslovak-made RM-70 GRAD multiple launch rocket systém is a mobile and effective artillery weapon for indirect fire.
The RM-70 is constructed on a Tatra T-813 8x8 chassis. It carries 40 missile tubes with an automatic reloading system, which minimizes the time required to reload a salvo of missiles and prepare to fire.
It uses 122mm GRAD rockets for firing, and can be fired both singly and in a salvo. The vehicle is equipped with a central tyre pressure regulation system, allowing it to adapt to the nature of the surface.
